SMS & Email Alert Consent

Xeylex alerts are optional account features. Customers and technicians can choose email alerts, text alerts, both, or neither from their authenticated dashboard.

How SMS opt-in works

  1. Sign in to your Xeylex account and enter the mobile number that should receive equipment alerts.
  2. Open Alert preferences and select the separate, unchecked SMS consent box.
  3. Review the disclosure and save your preferences. Xeylex records the date, consent version, and authenticated-dashboard method as proof of consent.

I agree to receive recurring automated equipment alarm, connection warning, and service-related text messages from Xeylex at the mobile number in my profile. Message frequency varies based on equipment events and account settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any Xeylex text to cancel. You may also disable SMS alerts in your dashboard. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@xeylex.com. We may send one final confirmation after an opt-out request.

Email alerts

Email consent is managed separately. If enabled, Xeylex sends equipment alarms, connection warnings, service activity, and related operational notices to your account email. Optional email alerts can be disabled in the dashboard.
